Retail Return Policy

Our goal at Abe's Formal Wear or Abe's Tuxedo (“Abe's Tuxedo ,” “we”, or “us”) is for you to love what you buy from us.

Please note that the following policy applies to retail products only. Retail products are those that are purchased as “Buy New” on our website. Items purchased through the rent to keep program are final and sold “as is”. To see our policy that applies to rental products, review our Rental Agreement

Return and Replacement Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase, you may return or exchange such item within thirty (30) days from the delivery date of your purchase. Any item you return to us must be unaltered and unworn and must include the packing slip and the original clothing tags still intact.

We will issue any refunds to the original form of payment (except we reserve the right to provide other forms of refund if we are unable to offer a refund to the original form of payment).

If you are exchanging an item, you must return the original item within seven (7) days of receiving the replacement item(s), subject to our Shipping terms below.

Returns for custom orders may be subject to separate terms as provided at the time you placed such custom order.

Abe's Formal Wear / Abe's Tuxedo authorizes you to have a tailor make adjustments to the garments, provided that you do not wish to return or exchange the items. 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any order and receive a full refund until such order has been prepared for shipment. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, any returns or exchanges are subject to our Return and Replacement Policy above.


Standard Shipping

We ship all orders placed at least 14 days before an event and replacement requests for free via standard shipping.

Express Shipping

Any order or replacement request requiring express shipping may be subject to shipping charges up to $60.
